Up the Mountain we go!

Up The Mountain We Go!
Now it shall come to pass in the latter days
That the mountain of the Lord’s house Shall be established on the top of the mountains, And shall be exalted above the hills; And all nations shall flow to it.
- Isaiah 2:2 (NKJV)

Mountain… where is the mountain? Well this is not about Olumo Rock, Aso Rock, Mount Everest or Mount Kilimanjaro. No! It is more than that, the mountain represents the place of authority in a sphere of influence among a set of people.

Remember the leadership pyramid, where the convergence is at the top. In leadership and eco-system pyramids, the convergence normally represents the top and most powerful. The percentage that determines what happens to the rest.

Yes! Like the 80/20 principle; 80% of all effects come from 20% of all causes. That is like the mountain top. A place of leadership and influence. A place of authority and decision-making.

Every industry/sector has its mountain and God’s desire is that His children will be the ones at the top.
You may be the wife of the King like Esther but you determine what the king will do.

You may be a civil servant like Daniel, but you become the reference point for causes and effect. Even if you are not literally the king like David, but like Samuel, you are the king-maker. Even if the nation is in crisis, like Jeremiah you are the cause behind the effects.

Throughout the bible from Genesis to Judges, from the Minor Prophets to the Major Prophets, from the Gospels to the Acts of the Apostles, God made leaders and influencers of those that diligently believe and serve Him. A child of God is not ordinary; a child of God is an anointed king on an assignment.

Whether the devil likes it or not, whether you feel like it or not, it is the truth. You will always be at the top.

PRAYER CONFESSION
In Jesus Name I declare I am the mountain of the Lord, I am exalted above all other mountains. I am like a city set on a hill, my light cannot be hidden. I am from above, I am above all. Amen.
